A fixer-upper. What it lacks in curb appeal, it makes up for in a desperate need to make you happy. Most of the doors are hung crooked, they creak and slam at the sound of the slightest conflict. They mean well but don’t understand they’re barriers. The previous owner didn’t spend much time here and while you may see some signs of neglect, it’s nothing that a new coat of paint or a bandaid can’t repair. A loose screw here or there can always be tightened. The yard is fenced so no one can get in and taxes are low.
